By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the fg665 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports betting markets, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the fg665 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the fg665 platform and must not attempt to register an account. Registration Requirements

• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or held pending if: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the account is under investigation for fraudulent activity; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal would reduce the account balance below the minimum required to fulfil an active bonus wagering requirement.

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion terms. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied to an account.

fg665 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fg665 determines that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) the account holder no longer satisfies the eligibility requirements in Section 2; (c) the account is associated with fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity; (d) continued operation of the account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to fg665; or (e) a self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your fg665 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any active bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed. Real-money balances remaining after any applicable deductions will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements. Please allow up to 5 business days for a voluntary closure to be fully processed.

Self-Exclusion

Effect of Closure on Balances
